How to get help from Axiom
- Join the official Discord
Use discord.gg/axiomtrade — not a link someone sent you
- Open a support ticket
Use the ticket system in the server rather than posting account details in public channels
- Describe the problem clearly
Include what happened, when, and a transaction signature if relevant — never a seed phrase or private key
- Ignore DMs
Anyone messaging you first claiming to be Axiom support is not Axiom
Join through discord.gg/axiomtrade or a link you have already confirmed, and keep your ticket to facts: the wallet address (public), the token, the time, and the transaction signature. Never share a seed phrase, private key, or email login code — real support never needs them.
Check for a known issue before opening a ticket
Some problems are platform-wide, not yours. In August 2025, a Pump.fun API change broke selling on Axiom for hours, according to Axiompedia. When something like that happens, the fastest answer is Axiom’s announcements on X and Discord, not a ticket.
Problems you can usually solve yourself first:
Empty wallet after logging in
You probably used a different sign-in method. See the login guide.
Trades or snipes keep failing
Priority fee, bribe, or slippage is too low for the moment. Check your presets in the bots guide.
Invite code rejected
Enter thanks in lowercase with no spaces, on signup rather than login.
Copy trades not firing
Usually an empty SOL fee buffer or a spend cap reached. See copy trading.
Support scams that target Axiom users
Scammers go after people who are already stressed about a stuck trade. The common patterns:
- Fake support DMs. An “Axiom support” account messages you after you post in public, offering to fix a transaction if you “verify” your wallet. Axiom staff never DM first.
- Fake Axiom apps. In May 2026, CryptoAdventure reported a fake Axiom mobile app that hit about 207 users for roughly $147K. Axiom has no native app — see the mobile app guide.
- Lookalike domains. Domains such as auth-axiom.trade (on scam blocklists), axiom.trading, and axiom-trade.pro have been reported as lookalikes. The real site is axiom.trade.
- Malicious bookmarks. “Helper” bookmarks or scripts shared in chats that run code on the page. Never add a bookmark someone sends you.
If you have already shared a seed phrase or approved a suspicious transaction, move any remaining funds to a new wallet immediately — support cannot reverse on-chain transfers. More in Is Axiom Trade safe?
